Returns & exchanges
PLEASE CHOOSE YOUR SIZE CAREFULLY
Our collections are made in limited quantities. Some pieces are made only once, and some designs come in several sizes with limited stock in each.
We are unable to accept returns or exchanges for a change of mind or because a piece does not fit.
Before you buy, please measure your cat's neck, chest and back, and compare them with the measurements listed for each piece or size. If you are unsure, send us your cat's measurements on WhatsApp and we will gladly help you choose.
IF SOMETHING IS WRONG
If your piece arrives damaged, has a defect, or is not the item you ordered, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with: 1. Your order number 2. Clear photos of the item and the packaging 3. An unboxing video, if you have one
Once we have confirmed the issue, we will offer a repair, a replacement of equal value, or a full refund including shipping, whichever you prefer and is possible.
CONDITION
Items sent back to us must be unworn by your cat, unwashed, and returned with all original tags and packaging.
REFUNDS
Approved refunds are made to your original payment method within 7 working days. Your bank or card provider may take a few extra days to show the amount.
CANCELLATIONS
You may cancel an order for a full refund any time before it has been dispatched. Once a parcel is on its way, it can no longer be cancelled.
CUSTOM ORDERS
Custom pieces are designed and made especially for your cat, so these terms apply: 1. A deposit is required before work begins. The amount will be stated in your quotation. 2. You will approve the design, fabric and price before we start. Once work has begun, the deposit is non-refundable. 3. The balance must be paid before the piece is shipped or collected. 4. Pieces are made to the measurements you provide. Please measure carefully, as custom pieces cannot be returned or exchanged for fit or a change of mind. 5. If your custom piece arrives damaged, defective or different from the approved design, the terms under If Something Is Wrong above still apply.

Nothing in this policy affects your rights under Malaysian consumer law.
