Are your pieces limited?
Most of our designs are made in limited quantities. Some pieces are made only once and are marked One of a kind, while other designs come in several sizes. Each product page shows the sizes available and when stock is running low.
How do I know if a piece will fit my cat?
Every piece lists its own neck, chest and back measurements. Measure your cat using our size guide and compare. If you are unsure, send us your cat's measurements on WhatsApp and we will help you choose.
Can I return or exchange a piece if it does not fit?
We are unable to accept returns or exchanges for fit or a change of mind, so please compare the measurements before you buy. If your piece arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery and we will make it right.
When will my order be shipped?
Orders are packed by hand and dispatched within 5 working days of payment. You will receive a tracking number by email once your parcel is on its way.
Do you ship outside Malaysia?
Yes, we ship worldwide. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your destination. Import duties and taxes charged by your country are paid by the recipient.
Can I collect my order myself?
Yes. You can choose self collection at checkout and pick up your order free of charge from Fluffy Land, Cyberjaya. We will message you on WhatsApp when it is ready.
A piece I love has sold out. Will it come back?
Pieces marked One of a kind are made only once and will not return, but they stay in our Past Pieces archive. Other designs may be restocked, so tap Notify Me on the product page and we will let you know.
Do you take custom orders?
Yes, we do. Whether it is a matching look for you and your cat, an outfit for a wedding or Hari Raya, or a piece in a colour you love, message us on WhatsApp with your idea, the occasion, and your cat's neck, chest and back measurements. We will get back to you with a design proposal, price and timeline for your piece. A deposit is required to begin, and custom pieces follow the terms in our Returns Policy.
How should I care for my piece?
Care instructions are listed on each piece. Many of our pieces are embellished by hand, so gentle hand washing and drying flat in the shade will keep them beautiful for longer.
Is it safe for my cat to wear?
Please stay with your cat while they are dressed, and never leave them unattended in clothing or accessories. Introduce a new piece slowly, and remove it if your cat seems uncomfortable or stressed.
