PRODUCTS
We describe each piece, its measurements and its availability as accurately as we can. Colours may look slightly different on screen. Some pieces are made only once, some are limited editions, and some designs are available in several sizes. Availability shown on the website may change until your payment is confirmed.
PRICES
All prices are in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Amounts shown in other currencies are estimates only. Shipping costs are shown at checkout. We may change prices at any time, but the price you pay is the price shown when your order is placed.
ORDERS AND PAYMENT
Your order is confirmed only after payment has been received. Payments are processed securely by our licensed payment partner. We do not see or store your full card details. If a piece becomes unavailable after you have paid, we will offer an alternative or a full refund.
SHIPPING
Delivery times and costs are set out in our Shipping Policy. Risk in the goods passes to you when they are delivered to the address you provided.
RETURNS AND REFUNDS
Returns, exchanges and refunds are handled according to our Returns Policy, which forms part of these terms.
CUSTOM ORDERS
Custom pieces are subject to the separate terms in our Returns Policy, including the deposit and approval of the design before work begins.
USING YOUR PIECE
Our clothing and accessories are designed for cats to wear under supervision. Please never leave your cat unattended while dressed, and remove any piece if your cat seems uncomfortable.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All designs, photographs and text on this website belong to Fluffy Land Sdn Bhd and may not be copied or used without our written permission.
LIABILITY
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of our products or website. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Consumer Protection Act 1999 or other Malaysian law.
