Shipping

Every piece is packed by hand in our atelier in Cyberjaya, Malaysia, and dispatched within 5 working days of payment. You will receive a tracking number by email as soon as your parcel is on its way.

WITHIN MALAYSIA

Delivered by J&T Express. Peninsular Malaysia: usually 2 to 4 working days. Sabah, Sarawak and Labuan: usually 4 to 7 working days.

SELF COLLECTION

You may collect your order free of charge from Fluffy Land, Cyberjaya. We will message you on WhatsApp when it is ready.

INTERNATIONAL

We ship worldwide with trusted international couriers. Most parcels arrive within 3 to 10 working days, depending on the destination and customs clearance.

SHIPPING COSTS

Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your destination and the weight of your parcel. A single piece is usually charged as 1 kg once packed.

CUSTOMS AND IMPORT DUTIES

International orders may be subject to import duties and taxes charged by your country. These are not included in our prices or shipping fees and are the responsibility of the recipient. Please check with your local customs office if you are unsure.

ADDRESS

Please make sure your delivery address and phone number are complete and correct. We are not able to change the address once a parcel has been dispatched. If a parcel is returned to us because of an incorrect address or failed delivery, the cost of sending it again will be charged to you.

LOST OR DELAYED PARCELS

If your parcel has not arrived within the estimated time, contact us and we will follow up with the courier on your behalf.
